It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman A. Thompson of Palmyra, Missouri, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Thompson and Pauline Freeman Thompson; his wife Mary Ann Thompson; and his siblings, Earl Thompson, Robert Thompson, Linwood Thompson and Iona Bechtel.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Beasey of Buffalo, IN, Sharon Dawkins (Steve) of Quincy, IL, Carol Childers of Quincy, IL, Penny Albertson (Karl) of Quincy, IL, Sally Koetters (Mike) of Ocala, FL and Odie Bunch, Jr. (Carol Mae) of Quincy, IL; and his siblings, Tommy Thompson of Lafayette, IN, Martha Jean Eason of Danville, IL, Mary Ann Simpson of Nancy, KY and Genny Heremza of Villages, FL.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mission Hill Baptist Church for the Mission Hillers Band.
