It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Luella Kramer of Palmyra, Missouri, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Bennett and Ellen Bowen Bennett. She is survived by: her husband Richard Kramer (Dick) of Palmyra; her son Curtis (Tammy); her grandson Garrett Kramer of Ozark, MO; and her sisters, Martha Reed, Lois Collins and Jean Cutforth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be made to Dover Cemetery Association or to the American Heart Association in care of Davis Funeral Home, La Grange, MO.
