She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Dearing and Lucille Dearing (White); her sons, Bruce Alexander Stewart and Mark Elliot Stewart; and her sister Betty Rath.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Stewart and Francis Elizabeth Stewart (Betsy); her grandchildren, Angela Barker (Joshua), William Stewart (Courtney), Heather Stewart (Rishi Bhardwaj), Scott Stewart and Grace Stewart; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Stewart, Audria Stewart, Abram Stewart, Ravi Bhardwaj, Caleb Barker and Jubilee Barker.
