We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2021, at the age of 86, Doris I. (Smith) Hathaway of Palmyra, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Vadia Grunwalt Smith; her brothers, Russell Smith and Roy Smith; and her brother-in-law Roger Holden of St. Louis.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Hathaway of Palmyra, MO; her children, Carlene Christy (Danny) and Marvin Hathaway (Wuanita); her siblings, Henry Smith and Elizabeth Holden; and her grandchildren, Jessica Robinson (Keith), Jason Christy (Teresa), Jenny Christy, Adair Hathaway (Keri Berry) and Heather Utterback (Andy). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Loving Care Hospice or Pea Ridge Community Church.
