He was predeceased by: his parents, Armond Dale Smith, Sr. and Beulah Miller Smith; his brother Kenneth Smith; and his nephew Anthony Sarni. He is survived by: his spouse Cindy Tauber; his children, Tamara L. Beaber (Jonathan) of Spring Valley, IL, Brandon Smith (Kelly) of Princeton, IL and Brian T. Smith (Baily) of Henry, IL; and his sister Cheryl Smith of Ardmore, OK. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
