He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elmo and Patsy Ann Lieurance (Browning). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fleer-Costigan Lieurance; his children, Abbey Lieurance, Andrew Costigan and Kelly Chitwood (Daniel); his grandchild Brooks Chitwood; his siblings, Clarence "Butch" Lieurance (Connie), Vickie Wagner and Lerona McCurdy; his father-in-law Dale Fleer; and his brother-in-law David Fleer.
