We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2023, at the age of 62, Billy W. Smith of Palmyra, Missouri, born in Vandalia, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Dale and Masako Kishishta Smith; his siblings, Cathy Watters, Mike Dale Smith and Dennis Ray Smith; and his stepfather Bob Hinton.
He is survived by: his brothers, Carl Kenneth Smith of Oklahoma and Donald Lynn Smith (Kim) of Hannibal, MO; his nieces and nephews, Dessiree, Mandy, Erika, Stephanie, Lauren, Kylie, Jason and Justin; and his pet Rudy.
