He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Webb and Mary Ann Pottroff Webb; his brother-in-law Albert Caldwell; and his stepfather Samuel Gene Funk. He is survived by: his children, Deb Otte (Ed), Troy Wagers of Virginia Beach, VA and Billy Webb (Jennifer) of Palmyra, MO. He is also survived by Eight Grandchildren; Six Great Grandchildren.
