She is survived by: her husband Henry Smith; her children, Cheryl Greenwood (Jerry) of Rennselaer, MO, Brent Lugena (Becky) of Shell Knob, MO, Kevin Lugena of Belle, MO and Dana Scott Lugena (Missy) of Rennselaer, MO; her siblings, Bill Potterfield (Dimple), John Potterfield (Debbie) and Carolyn Bremmer (Bud); her grandchildren, Dakota Greenwood (Alexandra), Lisa Latta, Molly Summers (Jordan), Christina Kensinger, Justin Essick, Houston Lugena (Ellie), Abby Miller (Garrett), Nick Lugena (Brittany), Austin Lugena, Jason Lugena, Jacob, Michaela Lugena, Logan Lugena, Levi Lugena and Tyler Runner; and her great grandchildren, Raelyn, Autumn Greenwood, Audrey, Allysa Kensinger, Hunter, Allie, Coral Essick, Isaac, Emma, Aria Summers, Kendra Miller, John Lugena, Keith, Jonah and Taylor Lugena.
