We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2018, at the age of 87, Anita F. Schaeffer (Palmyra, Missouri), born in Hannibal, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Gary Schaeffer; and her brother Milliard Watters. She is survived by: her spouse Edward "Eddie" Schaeffer; her children, Kelly Higgs (Dennis) and Scott Schaeffer (Kristin Stauffer); her daughter-in-law Janis "Jan" Schaeffer; her grandchildren, Wade Schaeffer and Stacey Gros; her brother Maurice Watters; and also, Cedar and Hannibal. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
