He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Emht and Naomi Hill; his brother Daniel Emht; his uncle Raymond; and his aunt Garnell Whitworth.
He is survived by: his sons, Spencer Emht Jr. (Dee) of Villa Ridge and Nathon Emht (Kim) of Pacific; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Ellie, Arianna, Naomi and Abram Emht. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
