He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Frederick (Lillian) and Lillian Frederick; his wife Deborah Frederick; and his brother Walter Frederick. He is survived by: his daughter Candy Frederick; and his siblings, Johnny Frederick (Tammy) of Villa Ridge, Frank Frederick (Tina) of Union, Cathy Manley of New Haven, Stella Voyles (David) of St. Louis, Dorothy Richardson of Sullivan and Folina Mansfield (Dwayne) of Villa Ridge. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
