She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Tobey and Zella; and her grandmother Mary Pilger. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Schneider of Pacific; her daughter Carrie Whalen (John) of Villa Ridge; her brothers, John Thomas Tobey (Lynne) of Pacific and Jim Tobey (Joanna) of Pacific; her grandson Ryan Vogelsang of Columbia, MO; her parents-in-law, Wanda and Cleon Schneider of Pacific; and her siblings-in-law, Phillip Schneider of Pacific and Jeanette Hammett (Keith) of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by nieces, 1 nephew, other relatives and many friends.
