He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harold (Jerri), Roger and Glenda Rowden (Mark). He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Rowden; his children, Kristen Martinez (Eddie) and Tim R. Rowden; his grandsons, Jacob Wingerter (Autumn), Justin Wingerter (Kristen Chavana) and Wyatt Ray Rowden; his brothers, Doug Rowden (Judy) and Dan Rowden (Carol); and his mother-in-law Frances Groomes. He is also survived by friends, son, and grandson.
