He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Ann Kohoutek; his children, Cindy Gauthier (Jim), Jay Kohoutek, Patrick Kohoutek, Mollie Metzger (Glenn) and Susan Ludwick (Tom); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Matt Gauthier (Megan), Brandon (Kay), Kyle, Sara and David Metzger; his great grandchildren, Jack and William Gauthier; his siblings, Jerry Kohoutek (Annette) and Joe Kohoutek (Charlene); and his parents, Frank "Chody" and Hazel Kohoutek.
