She was predeceased by: her parents, Virvin Perry and Alice Lucille Johnston; and her siblings, Alice Lorraine Whitworth, Kathleen Ann Perez, Vivian Lucille Broyles, Betty Laverne Branscum, Hazel Maureen Day, Virvin Lee and Donald Keith Johnston.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Lee West; her sister Linda Sue Boyer of Washington, Missouri.; her sons, Ronald Lee Jr. (Debbie) of Falcon, Dean Allen (Teresa) of Santa Fe and Mark Anthony (April) of Pacific; her grandsons, Adam James West and Jacob Ryan West; her pet Bub; and also Annabelle Jane. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
