She was predeceased by: her parents, John Higgins and Theresa; and her husband Charles A. Watters. She is survived by: her children, Charlie H. Watters of St. Charles, MO and Ramanda Heneisen (Steven) of Pacific, MO; her brother John Higgins of Park Hills, MO; her grandchildren, Michael Charles Miller, Mitchell Thomas Miller and Jessica Heneisen; and her sisters-in-law, Jan Holliday, Barbara Nix (Joe Nix) and Glenda Sidwell. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
