He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Neff Isbell Sr. and Dorothy May Isbell (Olsen); and his siblings, Raymond Isbell, Lori Valenti, Trudy Reyes, Peggy Archuleta, Joyce Weitzel and Lorraine Overstreet.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Isbell (Oliver); his children, Truman Neff Isbell, III (Marti) of Ozark, MO, Rebecca Lynne Hunt (Dennis) of Nixa, MO and Barbara Anne Smith of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Joshua Neff Isbell (Madison) of Ozark, MO and Hannah Nicole Potter (Taylor) of Springfield, MO; his great grandchildren, Collins Joy Isbell and Beckham Neff Isbell; and his sisters, Dione Corral of Yorba Linda, CA and Debbie Isbell of Santee, CA..
