He is survived by: his friend Mason Payne; his wife Wanda Johns Foster; his sister Donna Foster; his sister-in-law Brenda Lande; his aunt Jo Wiggins; his uncle Kenneth Potts; his niece Katy Foster-Dugan; and his nephews, Sean, Finnegan Dugan and Galen Lande. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
