He is survived by: his children, Tammy Carr of Ozark, Shane McGinnis of Ozark and Lane Burks of Galena; his siblings, James McGinnis (Donna) of Ozark and Jeannie Coffer (Lloyd) of Oldfield; his grandchildren, Timothy Williams (Tiffany) of Cassville, Chantel McGinnis-Hall (Dutch) of Ava, Lynn Marie Williams (Adam) of Harrison, Ben Burks of Galena, Cillian and Samantha McGinnis of Ozark; and his great grandchildren, Dallas, Noah Williams, Aspen, Willow, Coleman, Huxton, Hardin Hall and Colton Nichols.
