He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Sullivan and Aletha Sullivan (Kastning); his mother-in-law Nancy Kissee; and his brothers-in-law, Keith Haden and Keith Kissee.
He is survived by: his wife Karol; his children, Andrew Sullivan (Emily) of Nashville, TN and Elizabeth Sullivan of Oklahoma City, OK; his sisters, Bonnie Fisher (Jerry) of Willard and Brenda Haden of Rogersville; his father-in-law Don Kissee of Ozark; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Fisher, Coy Fisher, Alesha Rettig, Travis Haden, Larenda Haden, Carey Haden and David Haden.
The family respectfully asks that memorials be given in Terry's name to Victory Mission, 1715 N. Boonville, Springfield, MO 65803.
