She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Courtois; her son Leroy Courtois; her sister Wonda Mcguire; her parent Ruth Rice; and her sister-in-law Nadine Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Thurston (Garry) and Terry (Marsha); and her sisters, Betty Wood (Woody) and Carol Rudd. She is also survived by eleven grandkids, twenty-one great grandkids, eight great-great grandkids, and many of nieces and nephews.
