He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Kirkland and Elsie Kirkland (Spurlock); his godfather Thomas Jan; and his brother David Kirkland. He is survived by: his children, Chris, Amy Kirkland, Brandon, Chantell Kirkland, Steven and Elyssa Kirkland; and his siblings, Delcia Heriford and Curtis Kirkland. He is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other relatives and numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clinkingbeard Chapel (407 N Mansfield Rd, Ava, MO 65608). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at the Ava Cemetery.
