He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Rice of Ozark, Missouri; his stepdaughter Jill Still of Phoenix, Arizona; his children, Shelby Don Gowin and Natasha McClasin; his grandchildren, Skylar, Payten, Emily Rice, Joshua Huss, Justin, Mariah Willis and Chad Still; and his siblings, Brent Debler and Kathy Fleener.
