He is survived by: his wife Wilda Mae Adair; his daughters, Chanda Sturgeon (Wayne) of Ozark and Renea Sapp (Mike) of Ashland; his brother David Lewis Adair (Ginny) of Prairie Home, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Shawn Widel (Jill), Ryan Widel (Judy), Tyke Sapp (Sara), Shay Sapp (Breanna), Callie Sitton (Heath) and Hannah Hawks (David); his stepgrandchildren, Holly Burks (Craig) and Matt Sturgeon (Amber); his great grandchildren, Rayce Widel, Nash Widel, Dublynn Sitton, Noxx Sitton, Cruz Widel, Eldon Hawks, Hendrix Sitton and Sebastian Widel; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cooper, Parker, Mia Sturgeon, Cade and Cameron Holmes.
The family requests that all guests wear a face mask.
