He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Brooke) of Lakeland, Florida and Todd (Trindle) of Wichita; his wife Shelia Smith; his children, Ste Phane of France, Karen (Mike) of Holts Summit, Donna of Hoisington, Sonia of Pratt, Kim (Jason) of Medicine Lodge and Connie Jo (Isaac) of Otis; his grandchildren, Aaron, Troy, Anthony, Steven, Heather, Tristin, Halan, Branika, Dalton, Dawson, Trenton, Kaylan, Sean, Eli and Aria; and his brother Robert. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
