He is survived by: his children, Levahna Worley and Wesley Cleo Worley; his grandchildren, Alisha Chandler, Kristi Schuh and Tim Worley; his siblings, David Worley and Linda Smith; and also, Gayle Moore and Levah Worley. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
