We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2023, at the age of 81, Richard E. Woods of Ozark, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen R. Woods and Faye Woods (Chaney); his brother Ralph Woods; and his stepmother Lenore Woods. He is survived by: his children, Steven Woods (Amanda), Gregory Woods and Robyn Aydelott (Woods); his wife Ann Woods (Powell); his son Greg Woods (Shelly); his siblings, Aletta Gregory (Jesse), Vanetta Sponsler and James Woods (Vicki); his sister-in-law Phyllis Walker; his grandchildren, Natalie Fink (Alex), Riley Woods, Stephanie VanderHeydon (Dan), Cameron Woods, Courtney Woods, Dylan Aydelott and Emily Aydelott; and his great grandchildren, Ava Joy VanderHeydon and Richard James Fink.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ozark Christian Church, 1200 E McCracken Rd. Ozark, Mo., 65721 or to Penner Cemetery c/o the funeral home.
