He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack M. Welch and Elsie C. Welch (Kohring). He is survived by: his wife Donna Welch; his sons, Jeff Welch (Celinda) of Seymour and Jody Welch (Sharon) of Nixa, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Sheyenne Welch, Sergeant Josiah Welch, Jordan Runcorn (Daniel), Sierra Welch and Reagan Welch; and his great grandchild Kit Runcorn.
