He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Slack and Halley Slack (McPhetres); and his sister Karel LaCombe. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette P. Slack of Ozark, MO; his children, Todd Slack (Kelly) of Republic, MO and Amy Campbell (John) of Ozark, MO; and his siblings, Gary Slack (Laudell) of Bethel and Joan Davis (Harvey) of Bethel. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
