He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Stone and Nora Stone (Jones); his wife Artilla; his grandson Jared Spurlock; and his siblings, Glenn Stone and Martha Evans.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennine, Tuila (Alan Rumold), Sheila (Rick Spurlock) and Jeannine Spurlock; and his grandchildren, Regina Hampton, Raymond Billings, Tamera Billings, Charles Spurlock, Crystal Mayfield and Sarah Spurlock-Paterson. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
