He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Duckworth, Sr. and Alta Duckworth (Wheeler). He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Ridlen; and his siblings, Larry Duckworth (Wanda), Anita DeArmond and Jalane Childress (Ed). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other caring relatives.
The family suggests donations in memory of Jr. be made to the Selmore Christian Church.
