He is survived by: his children, George Larry Simmons Jr. (Monica) of Ozark and Jessica Simmons of Springfield; his grandchildren, Clayton, Landon Simmons, Jayla Harrison, Christiana Helm, Catalina Helm and Baby Sisi; his sisters, Sonia Cooper (James) of Ozark and Dawn Mixon (Sean) of Ozark; and his extended family, Randy and Marti Mullen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a multitude of friends.
