She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Schoonhoven and Marie Schoonhoven; her husband Paul Risley; and her siblings, Wayne Schoonhoven and Nancy Goodman.
She is survived by: her sisters, Valeria Clawson (Merle) and Carmen Myers (John); and her aunt Jackie Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walker Mortuary, Ltd. (321 W Main St, Freeport, IL 61032). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
