He was predeceased by: his children, Patricia Wallace (Patrick), Debra Shields and Richard (Margaret). He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Sedlak (Marge); his sons, Theodore Passarelli (late Sharon) and Mark Passarelli (Dawn); his wife Tamara Meade (Tammy); and his daughters, Lori Baird (James) and Holly Fisher (Timothy).
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner Children's Hospital.
