She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Carl Rainey and Catherine Rainey (Craig); and her brother Kent Rainey. She is survived by: her brother Craig Rainey (Mary Jo) of Ozark; and her nieces and nephews, Kimmie Jo Woolery, Josh Rainey, Carrie Rainey, Misty Thompson and Kelsey Williams Rainey.
In honor of Joyce's heart for children, memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Ronald McDonald House Charities.
