He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Howell; his stepchildren, Laura Parmalee and Gene Brewer; his grandsons, Jacob and Logan Wooldridge; his stepsons, Robert Manthei (Becky) and Brandon Surls; and his grandchildren, Brandon Manthei (Priscilla), Brittney Myrick (Justin), Christina Manthei and Chelsea Ramsey (Kyle). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
