She is survived by: her daughter Alina Jo Horn (A. J.) of Lehigh, OK; her grandson Samuel Lee Horn of Lehigh, OK; her siblings, Evelyn Williams of Ponca City, OK, Carol Hall (Kenneth) of McAlester, OK, Lynn Bowen of Tulsa, OK, James Smith (Debbie) of McAlester, OK and Billy Smith (Maria) of Wylie, TX; her stepdaughter Sherri Martinez (Valinda Kelly) of McAlester, OK; and her daughter-in-law Melody Sadler (Along) of Ozark, MO.
