She is survived by: her former husband William Gerald Chambers Sr.; her husband Jerry Ducker of Seymour, MO; her children, Sheryl Campbell (James Boman), Stephanie Barnhart of Ozark, MO, Anita Hagerman of Moore, OK, Gerald (Shelly Chambers), Valerie (David Spivey) and Janet (Adam Cromer); and her siblings, Donna Daniel, Joanie Becker and Bill Sargent. She is also survived by 3 step-children, 33 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
