He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Flattem and Donna Flattem; and his brother Lawrence Flattem. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Holle; and his sons, Michael Robert (Darlene) of Kimberling City and Matthew Lynn (Kendra) of Freistatt.
In lieu of flowers the family requested donations to be made to Trinity Lutheran School or Haven Hospice in Ozark.
