It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James R. Martyn of Ozark, Missouri, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Monroe Martyn and Madilyn Martyn (Williams); his wife Alberta M. Butts (Paswaters); his children, Rodney Martyn (Michelle) of West Virginia, Melanie Wright (Kenny) of West Virginia and April Martyn of West Virginia; his stepchildren, Jerry Lee Paswaters and Dennis Paswaters; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Scott, Christopher Gibson, Brandon Martyn, Kenny Wright and Ashley Blake (Steve). He was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren, other caring relatives and friends.
