He is survived by: his sons, Richard Kingsbury (Lauri McClane), Charles Kingsbury (Chari) and Daniel Kingsbury (Jill) of Ozark; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Conner (Tim) and Ann Hawkins (Dorsey). He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
