He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Robert Baxter, Sr.; his sister Wendy Breshears; and his grandson Dylan Rainey. He is survived by: his children, Herbert Robert Baxter, Sr. (Joanie Harrison), Kristin Rainey (Logan) of Kimberling City, Trey Baxter of Ozark and Brent Baxter of Ozark; his mother Joan Baxter of Ozark; and his brothers, Brad Baxter (Kimberly) of Springfield and Justin Baxter of Ozark. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
