She is survived by: her husband Roy Haslam; her sons, Donald (Debbie) of Ozark, MO and David of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Jessica (Brandon), Joshua (Danielle), Sarah (Zac) and Emma; and her nieces, Lynda Folsom and Anna Lou Weir of California. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
