He is survived by: his close friend Deanna Wyatt (Vancine); his children, Darin Smith (Sheri) of Henderson, AR, Cindy Smith of Cotter, AR and Misty Kern (Matt) of Fair Grove, MO; his grandchildren, Devin, Wes, Carlin, Calvin, Morgan and Mason; his great grandchildren, Tayshaun and Ayleigh; and his siblings, Dale Smith (Barbara) of Flippin, AR, Donald Smith of Lead Hill, AR, LaVerne Adams, JoAnn Ray (Ronnie) of Gassville, AR, Kathy Rose (Larry) of Cotter, AR, Norma Shafer of Yakima, WA, Carolyn Huddleston and Debbie Parks (Marvin) of Silsbee, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
