He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Moore and Leona Samantha Moore (Clevenger). He is survived by: his wife Pam Day; his sons, Don Allen Moore (Rosa), Bobby Moore (Kesha) and Johnny Moore; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Hailey, Ambryah, Preston, Levi, Shelton, Lexie, Lily and Piper; and his siblings, Marlene Thimesch, Sandy Dunn (Don) and Rick Moore (Vickie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other caring relatives and several friends.
