He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Lambeth and Agnes Lambeth; his wife Hazel Belle Parks; his daughters, Debra Lambeth Ballard and Rhonda Garrett (Craig) of Ozark; his granddaughter Michella Ballard Vaughan (Kevin) of Naples, FL; and his son-in-law Mike Ballard (Carol) of Fordland. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
