He is survived by: his parents, Tammie Tettaton (Armand) and Larry Armand; his son Landen Rhoades; his sister Evalyn (David Jr.); his daughter Madison; his grandparents, Cathie Lewis, Danny, Linda Lewis, Adrienne and Mike Stevens; his siblings, Krista Widermuth, Eric Overgaard and Sarah Tettaton; and his girlfriend Kristi Teal. He is also survived by the love of his life, and her two sons.
