He is survived by: his children, Brian Sleeth (Dana) of Columbia, Chrystal Forbis (Casey) of Ozark and Tammy Watts (Randy) of Springfield; his brother David Sleeth (Jeanne); his nieces, Debbie Webb (Allen), Diana Garland (Jim) and Delores Johnson (Steve); and his friend Barb Stivers.
