She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marvine C. Laughlin and Zack C. Laughlin; her husband Dr. Claude E. Noel; her children, Holly Noel (Mark Breyman) of Georgetown, TX and Greg; her granddaughters, Allison and Audrey Noel; her son Todd; and also, Carmen and Cyndi. She was also cherished by children and grandchildren.
